Return & Refund Policy

At Shoerave, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  2. Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and accessories
  3. Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our return center (address provided upon RAN issuance)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns. Refund amounts may be adjusted for items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Some processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter with our payment processor and provide you with status updates. In cases where refunds are delayed due to bank processing, we may be able to provide documentation to assist with your inquiry.
